We kick off your Program with a tailor-made exercise program that is designed to reach your fitness goals. From there we meet for your
personalized one-on-one training session, either bi-weekly or weekly, so that I can guide you through each exercise efficiently and effectively. I will give you feedback as to whether we need to modify or vary an exercise so you are continuing to get consistent results.
You will also receive Weekly Action Steps so you will know exactly which steps to take each week in exercise and nutrition to set yourself up for success each week. You won’t have to guess what to do each week, instead, you will have a plan.

This is the key to your success in this program. Each week you will have doable, easy-to-follow action steps that will take you towards your goal without going into overwhelm.

So you’ll receive content, either in the form of PDFs or recorded content calls. These materials will help you create breakthroughs in your health long after our work in the Ultimate Wedding Body Transformation experience.
You will also receive a Fitness Assessment so we can assess your current level of fitness. We want to make sure that we are constantly getting the results you desire before you walk down the aisle.
(2) Tailor-Made Exercise Programs
You will receive (2) Tailor-Made Exercise Programs after you have been assessed so that you can continue to get better results and not plateau!
